1️⃣ Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
Incorrect product delivered (style/size/color mismatch)
Defective or damaged items (manufacturing defect, not due to transit damage)
Short shipment (fewer pieces than invoiced)
2️⃣Return Window
All return requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving the shipment.
Requests beyond 2 days will not be entertained under any circumstances.
3️⃣ Do Not Accept Tampered Parcels
Do not accept delivery if the parcel appears tampered, opened, or damaged.
Request the courier for open delivery in such cases and check the contents before accepting.
If open delivery is not allowed, record a 360° video before opening the parcel in front of the courier if possible.
No claims will be accepted for tampered parcels that are accepted without proof.
4️⃣ Mandatory 360° Unpacking Video
To process any return or claim, a 360-degree unpacking video is mandatory.
The video must begin before breaking the parcel seal, clearly showing all sides and the shipping label.
The video must be continuous, unedited, well-lit, and show the complete unboxing and issue.
Claims without a valid 360° video will be automatically rejected.
5️⃣ Return Conditions
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Partial returns are allowed only for defective or incorrect items, subject to approval.
Custom, clearance, or promotional sale items are non-returnable.
6️⃣ Token Money / Advance Payment Policy
If token money or advance has been paid and the issue raised is later found invalid or caused by the buyer, the token money will not be refunded.
This includes false claims, incorrect ordering, failure to provide valid unpacking proof, or miscommunication from the buyer’s end.
7️⃣ Return Shipping Charges
If the error is on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product), we will bear the return shipping charges.
If the error is on the buyer’s part (e.g., incorrect ordering, change of mind), the buyer will bear the return shipping charges.
In case of tampered parcels, if the buyer accepts the delivery without proper inspection or video proof, no return or refund will be processed, and the buyer will bear all associated costs.
8️⃣ Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
9️⃣ Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes will be subject to Ahmedabad, Gujarat jurisdiction.
